About Me
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Law, Policy, and Management at the Boston University School of Public Health and Co-Director of the Boston University Medicaid Policy Lab. I completed my PhD in the Department of Health Services, Policy, and Practice at Brown University School of Public Health in 2021.

My research examines the roles of Medicaid policies and care delivery reforms on improving access to, quality of, and equity of care to historically marginalized populations. Ongoing work spans the topics of Medicaid managed care plan performance, Medicaid accountable care organizations (ACOs), safety net program participation, and inequities in patient experiences of care. My work has been covered by outlets including NPR, Kaiser Health News, and US News & World Report.
